Project Description
The Coldwater Creek Store is participating in USGBC’s pilot program of LEED-CI for Retail. The project is a 7000 square feet commercial interior build-out in a new shopping center being constructed in the town of Pearland, TX. The estimated construction schedule is 9 weeks.

Services Provided
Green Living, LLC is providing LEED Construction Consulting Services to Fred Olivieri Construction, the general contractors for the project. Green Living’s consultants are assisting the construction team in implementation of LEED credits and subsequent documentation for LEED submittal purposes.  Specific services include identifying key responsibilities of the general contractor; preparing LEED construction manual with the IAQ management & Construction waste management plans; supplying a contractor’s toolkit with the necessary checklists, forms and tables to track materials; monitoring progress on site and compiling all information gathered.
