Project Description
Army Reserve Center located in Fort Worth Texas. The ARC includes a Training Center building with administrative, educational, assembly, library, learning center, vault, weapons simulator, unit storage, and physical fitness areas; Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) building that will provide work bays and maintenance administrative support is also planned. In addition, the project will also convert two earth-covered concrete bunkers into Unheated Storage (UHS) buildings.  Supporting facilities include adequate parking space for military and privately owned vehicles, electrical service, water, sewer, gas, fencing, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, anti-terrorism/force protection measures and extension of utilities to serve the project.
Estimate of 500 days of Construction, CD Stage.
