Project Description
Texas Chenier Refuge Complex is a collection of nature refuges along the upper Texas coast along the Gulf of Mexico. The complex includes Anahuac, McFaddin, Texas Point and Moody wildlife refuges. The current construction includes a number of structures: an office, residence, bunk house, storage buildings and other support structures. The project is seeking LEED NC Silver certification for each of the main buildings and is using a number of innovative design elements to enhance its sustainability objectives, including the use of cutting edge variable refrigerant flow HVAC systems.

Services Provided
Green Living, LLC is assisting the project owner in achieving their LEED and energy efficiency goals by providing LEED project management, LEED documentation and fundamental commissioning services.
