Project Description
The Heritage at 8021 Georgia Ave in Silver Spring, Maryland is to be a nine story apartment complex housing 210 dwelling units. The apartments consist of two existing historic buildings as well as the main structure currently under construction. Construction will be conducted in two phases: first the construction of the new building currently underway followed by the renovation of the two existing structures.

Services Provided
Green Living, LLC has partnered with the project team to assist in achieving their LEED certification providing LEED project management, LEED documentation and fundamental commissioning services.

Results
The project is complete and in operation. It is currently undergoing the final steps in finalizing its LEED certification.
