Project Description
Located near the Woodlands Town Center, this project comprises of two 4-story buildings with a five level parking garage. There are 393 luxury apartment units ranging from one to three bedrooms and the building includes a number of green features like cool roof and solar panels.

Services Provided

Complete LEED Design Consulting, project administration and management services as well as Fundamental and Enhanced building commissioning services. The services include conducting design charrettes; providing design recommendations; defining LEED-related specifications; performing daylighting analyses and supporting the design team in the documentation for the LEED submittal process. Green Living, LLC is ensuring that all LEED requirements are successfully integrated in the design process and implemented during the construction.
