Project Description
This is a four-story, multi-unit residential building with 438 units and a four-level parking garage. The gross footage of the building is approximately 500,000 square feet. The project is located on an urban-infill site comprising seven acres. The goal is a LEED NC Silver rating. Construction is complete and is currently in the final stages of the certification process. 

Services Provided
Complete LEED project administration and management services as well as fundamental and enhanced building commissioning services for this project. The services include providing design recommendations, defining LEED-related specifications, and supporting the design team in the documentation of the LEED submittal process. Green Living, LLC is ensuring that all LEED requirements are successfully integrated in the design process and implemented during the construction.
