SO 7th Phase II is located along the West 7th corridor in Fort Worth, Texas. The project is the second residential phase of a mixed-use master plan. The team designed the project to increase the sustainability of the area through additional density, use of existing infrastructure, and enhanced walkability of the immediate neighborhood. The project is located on a previously developed site, within one-half mile of a dense residential zone and within close pedestrian access to more than ten basic community services. SO 7th Phase II provides bike racks for an estimated 15% of all building users. A total of 74 bike racks have been installed and are available for tenant use. The project incorporates many energy-saving features, resulting in reduced energy costs for tenants.
