Services Provided: LEED Project Management, Fundamental and Enhanced Building Commissioning

The Heritage is comprised of a ten-story, multi-unit residential building with 210 units and a two-level parking garage with 200 parking spaces. The gross footage of the building is approximately 341,753 square feet. The project is an adaptive reuse of a building on George Avenue in South Silver Springs, MD. The project preserves and rehabilitates portions of two of the existing buildings on site.

Services also included LEED design consulting, conducting design charrettes, defining LEED-related specifications, performing daylighting analyses, and supporting the design team in the documentation for the LEED submittal process. Green Living, LLC, ensured that all LEED requirements were successfully integrated in the design process and implemented during the construction phase.
