Torre del Angel is a thirty-one-story office building to be located facing the Ángel de la Independencia on the historic Paseo de la Reforma in Mexico City, Mexico. The project has been designed to be energy efficient and to make strong use of daylight throughout the structure. Features include an eleven-story parking garage with five underground stories, retail, trading spaces, and a sky lobby. Twenty-two levels are dedicated as corporate office space. The project is seeking LEED Core & Shell certification.
Green Living, LLC is assisting the project’s owner in achieving their LEED certification and energy efficiency goals by providing fundamental building commissioning services.
