As part of the Woodlands 28,000-acre master-planned community, this Project includes the construction of a 393-unit luxury apartment community in the Waterway District of The Woodlands Town Center, located 27 miles north of downtown Houston. This Project comprises two four-story buildings with a five-level parking garage. The apartment units range in size from one to three bedrooms, and the building includes multiple green features such as cool roofs and solar panels. Additional services include conducting design charrettes, providing design recommendations, defining LEED-related specifications, performing daylighting analyses, and supporting the design team in the documentation for the LEED submittal process. In addition, Green Living, LLC ensured that all LEED requirements were successfully integrated into the design process and implemented during the construction.
